Refund & Cancellation Policy

We do not offer returns. However, we’re here to help if your product is damaged.

  • No Returns Accepted: Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we do not accept any returns.

  • Refunds: Refunds are issued only in case of damaged products.

  • How to Claim a Refund:

    • Send an email to connect.blissco@gmail.com on the same day of delivery.

    • Attach an unboxing video clearly showing the damage upon opening.

  • Refund Method: If approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-6 working days.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within 7 working days, please check with your bank or payment provider.

We begin processing your order immediately to ensure timely delivery.

  • Order Cancellation: Cancellations are not permitted once an order is placed.

  • Blissco Rights: We reserve the right to cancel any order under unforeseen circumstances, such as inventory issues or payment errors. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
